Our Ethical Sourcing Program aims to protect workers’ rights and strengthen our
supplier relationships and commitment to traceability and transparency. We ensure
that working conditions are safe and ethical for all our factory workers, no child
labour is used, employment is regular, and wages are paid in full at regular intervals
in accordance to local government laws.
In promoting workers’ rights, we are committed to challenging the gender inequality
and sex discrimination faced by workers throughout our industry. We stress that no
person is to be unfairly disadvantaged, favoured or ostracized because of their gender,
or gender identity. Harassment of any kind is forbidden. We expect the conduct of our
employees and business partners worldwide to reflect this commitment.
