Our Returns Policy
Shop with confidence knowing you can return your purchase if it’s not quite right, provided the below conditions are met:
Extended Christmas Returns
60-day returns for all orders placed between Monday 24th November - Wednesday 24th December. Orders placed outside of this period will need to be returned within our standard 30 day policy.
Product is Returns within 28 days of purchase
You'll find the ourchase date on your receipt or order confirmation.
Product is unworn and in its original condition and packaging
This includes the shoe box, where applicable.
Store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation is supplied as proof of purchase
Your proof of purchase must be within our 28 day change of mind return period.
We are happy to accommodate returns for all New Zealand orders which also adhere to the above guidelines.
The customer is responsible for all associated costs of returning the items to us.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The exclusion will be noted on the relevant product page on our website and /or at checkout.
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe you have received an item from our Online store that fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law or there has been an error with your shipping, please contact us here. In such circumstances, we will pay for the return delivery of the item.
All Hush Puppies products purchased from one of our department store stockists will need to be returned via the relevant store and adhere to their returns policy.
These items cannot be returned to our any of our direct Hush Puppies stores or via our Returns Centre.
Returning Online

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges for online purchases through our Returns Centre. You are however able to exchange or return a product in any of our retail stores.
If you are unable to access one of our stores, you can contact Customer Care here who can assist you in organising a return and refund.
Returns will be processed back through your Afterpay or Zip Pay account. Once we have approved your return, payment installments will be adjusted or cancelled, and any paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Returning In Store
You can return items purchased in-store or online at your nearest Hush Puppies store. You will require proof of purchase in order to make the return.
Note: Purchases made in-store cannot be returned or exchanged online.
You can exchange your in-store or online purchase at your nearest Hush Puppies retail store. Proof of purchase will be required for all exchanges.
If you are after a specific size or style exchange, we recommend calling the store ahead to avoid disappointment. You can use the store locator to contact your preferred store.
